This aggravated ''pitta'' joins (''sammurchhana'') with a particular organ (''rasayani, amashaya, marma, urdhwabhaga,'' etc) as ''dushyas''. The conjugation of ''dosha'' and ''dushya'' has affinity towards ''urdhwabhaga'' which results in ''pittaja chhardi'' (10-11).
