This leads to various diseases such as ''mada'' (intoxication), ''murchcha'' (syncope), and ''sanyasa'' (coma) which are etiologically, symptomatically and therapeutically progressive. Vitiated ''doshas'' distress the mind and alter the sensorium leading to further impairment of consciousness. [25-29]
