===== ''Madhvadya yapana basti'' =====

Two prasrtas of madhu (honey) and ghrita (ghee) should be added with two prasthas of warm water. To this, half pala of the paste of shata-pushpa and half aksha of rock salt should be added. Basti prepaired with this method is extremly aphrodisiac. It cures mutra-krcchra (dysuria), and diseases caused by pitta as well as vayu. (18/11)

Two ''prasritas'' of ''madhu'' (honey) and ''ghrita'' (ghee) should be added with two ''prasithas'' of warm water. Sadyo (immediate/fresh) ghrtadya yapana basti

 

Four prasthas of freshly collected ghee, oil, vasa (fat of muscle) and majja (bone marrow) should be added with half pala paste of of hapusa, and half aksa of rock-salt, and used for basti.This basti is extremly aphrodisiac. It cures mutra-krcchra (dysuria) and diseases caused due to pitta. It rejuvenates the body too. (18/12)
