Powder of ''amalaki'' fruits in quantity of 2 kg 560 gms is impregnated with ''amalaki'' fruits juice for twenty-one days and nights. This should be mixed with honey and ghee in the quantity of 5 kg 120 gms and added with ''pippali'' in one eighth quantity and fine sugar in one fourth quantity. This preparation now should be kept in a container lined with ghee and stored in early rains under a heap of ashes.
