In atisāra, if all six pathological components are simultaneously involved, a pāchana (causing or promoting digestion or transformation) medicine containing the drugs of all six tastes is useful, while in nirāma (without āma) condition, where other five are involved a basti consisting of all six rasas (tastes) is indicated.
