Purvarupa appear at the fourth stage of shatkriyakala (six different stage of disease) i.e. sthana-samshraya (localization of morbid [[dosha]] at pathological site).

* Vishesha (specific) : Specific premonitory features pertaining to specific [[dosha]] which get converted in signs and symptoms.
