The name itself suggests that here the matra (dose) of sneha (fat) is less.[Cha.Sa. Siddhi Sthana 4/52-23], [A.Hri. Sutra Sthana 19/67] It is specially designed to avoid complications. It is suitable to all and at all times. </p>
