In ''udavarta yoni'' and ''vatika'' disorders, unction (''snehana'') and fomentation (''swedana'') with ''traivruta sneha''(mixture of ghee,oil and animal fat), meat soup of birds and animals living in domestic, marshy area or in water, and ''basti'' with milk boiled with ''dashamula'' are beneficial. The unctuous ''anuvasana basti''  or ''uttarabasti''with 'traivruta sneha'' are efficacious. The same treatment should be given in ''mahayoni'' and ''srasta yoni''. [110-111]
