In case of genital tract disorders with predominance of ''kapha, basti'' of pungent drugs and cow’s urine is beneficial.
In case of genital tract disorders with predominance of ''kapha, basti'' of pungent drugs(predominantly) along with cow’s urine is beneficial.
In ''pitta'' dominant disorders, ''basti'' should be given with the decoction and milk processed with sweet drugs (''madhura dravyas'') . In that of ''vata, basti'' should be given with oil and decoction or juice of ''Amla''(sour) drugs together. In the ''sannipatika'' disorders, all the measures (general treatment of disorders of the genital tract due to ''vata, pitta'' and ''kapha'') mixed together are beneficial.[85-86]
