Due to indulgence in ushma (factors that increase the heat in the body), there will be mutra shosha (decrease in mutra), raktapita mutra (reddish or yellowish urine), passed with difficulty (kricchrat), causing arti (pain) and daha (burning) in basti (urinary bladder) and upastha (genitalia). This is ushnavata. (38)

This is ''ushnavata''. [38]
