He should also take different recipes of ''arishta'' prepared from grapes (''draksharishta'') for the promotion of power of digestion. ''Abhaya leha'' described in the treatment of ''kasa'' [Cha. Sa. [[Chikitsa Sthana]] 18/57-62] may also be taken. Alternatively the patient may also take ''pippali, madhuka'' and ''bala'' along with milk depending upon the ''doshas'' aggravated and the strength of the patient [134-138]
